Membi 48

Membi is much more than a simple collectible item; It is a symbol of tradition and sound quality, capable of standing out in any musical style. This 48-voice chromatic mouth harmonica, with three full octaves, offers a unique experience to the player, starting with its first blown hole referenced to the middle C of the piano. Each note is designed to provide precision and balance, making this instrument indispensable for interpreters of complex melodies.

As the oldest mouth harmonica in the Hering, the Membi preserves the authentic tone that only a wooden confection can offer. This material is responsible for its peculiar sound, an echo of the best mouth harmonics that gave rise to this iconic model. Although the design has evolved from a square mouthpiece to a rounded one, the essence of its construction continues to honor tradition, offering more comfortable handling and precise sonic response.
