The Rollinha is a mouth harmonica that preserves the essence of the first mouth harmonicas produced in Europe in the 19th century, offering an authentic musical experience connected to the roots of popular music. Although it shares the format and external concept of the famous Vencedora, the Rollinha differentiates itself by not being a tremolo mouth harmonica, providing a sequence of pure and clear notes, without the “chorus” or “fluctuations” effect characteristic of tremolo mouth harmonics. Available in two keys – C and G – in the same piece, it offers unique flexibility for musicians seeking simplicity and tradition.
Ideal for simple and popular melodies, the Rollinha features notes separated by holes, like the Colegial mouth harmonica, but with fewer notes, which makes it easier to play for musicians who want a more direct and functional instrument. With two sides dedicated to two different keys, it allows quick transitions between D and G, providing melodic versatility in both the Major Scale and the Blues Scale.
