I hope this works for you, I know those slides are awkward. Just make
the transition as smooth as you can.  Also, I ran out of room at the
high end of the harmonica so I had to improvise.  I think Hohner makes
a 12 hole marine band.  That would take care of the hacking I had to
do at the end.
