I found this on a website, its pretty easy.
Its the part right after they say Bad to the Bone
You just have to do it kind of fast
It goes like this

Bad to the Bone -2 4 3 -3 -2 BBBBBBBBad -2 4 3 -3 -2

Or you can just do this
-2 4 3 -3 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 4 3 -3 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 -2 and so
on.
